Condition consistent with age and use. The crown has possible apparent repairs with a mild crack observed at one corner. Some bubbling is observed to the veneer at the frieze sides with mild losses. Some wear to the finish at the sides. Mild age spots are observed on the mirror. An apparent attempt to open the door while locked has resulted in an approximate ½ inch loss near the escutcheon.
