Large FLORA DANICA Oval Covered Tureen & Under plate By Royal Copenhagen; the TUREEN measures 13 1/4"" wide by 9"" high with hand-painted botanicals on both sides and with the underneath hand-painted in black with the title Vica Angustfolia Roth and the floral species Veronica persica Poir, also marked Royal Copenhagen Denmark with symbols, numbered 20 3559 and hand initialed Cax and Aft; the COVER with applied pink and yellow roses and double branch handle is also hand-painted with botanicals and with the underneath hand-painted in black Vica Angustfolia Roth, also marked: Royal Copenhagen Denmark with symbols, 20 3559 and hand initialed Cax and Aft; the UNDER PLATE measures 16"" by 12 1/2"" with hand-painted botanical and with the underneath hand-painted in black with the title Potentilla procum benis Titeth, paper Royal Copenhagen label numbered 563/ and Royal Copenhagen Denmark in black with the hand-painted numbers 20 3561and initials ff; all pieces in excellent condition with,no cracks or restoration.(slight scratch imperfection to handle see last pics).
