Item Details

Description

The two-piece body armor being a matching chest plate and a back plate. The chest plate having 24 brass rivets. The rear has 30 rivets plus a belt of leather that fastens around the bottom groove of chest plate [broken]. The two are joined by a pair of leather top straps re-enforced with brass interlocking chains atop the leather straps. A previous owner has also attached internal bars to hold the front and back together. This set does appear original though it does not possess its original lining. Condition (Very Good).
