A fine pair of bolted porcelain potpourri covered urns. The pierced cover on ocean wave openwork rim above tapering fluted neck with scrolling flowering acanthus ormolu handles either side of the body just above gold lady's head masks, the bulbous body decorated in hand painted florals and smallpipes musical instruments, gold detail overall and a bolted base with ring or laurel over the square foot. Each measure 14 x 10.75 x 7.25 inches. Provenance: The Joseph Candioto Trust. Very good condition. One cover has been restored, the bolts have been replaced in each, there are no chips, cracks, additional repairs or areas of heavy wear.
