This is a handsome vintage leather covered glass flask with a sterling silver cap and detachable sterling silver drinking cup by Bailey, Banks & Biddle. This flask, which measures approximately 5 1/4" tall, is marked L210, Bailey, Banks & Biddle Co., Sterling on the underside. Additionally, the number 24 appears in two places inside the cap, as shown. Also, as you can see, the lower, silver cup portion of the flask is monogrammed -- I believe the letters are BCC, though the script is a bit difficult to make out. The silver portions of the flask are in good condition, but would benefit from a cleaning and polishing, and the glass appears to be in good shape as well. The leather, however, is a bit dry, soiled and slightly worn in spots. So, too, is the cork(?) inside the top of the cap dry and a bit worn.
