Indonesia, Java, late 19th century. Brown klono face with bulging red eyes and protruding gold teeth. Headdress is decorated with green and cream diamond shaped ornaments. Fine carved black hair curls. Hide strip over upper lip indicates one time mustache. Long painted nose. Loop of wood to hold the mask on with one's teeth. Nice!
