Accompanied by 1.) Printed circular "General Orders No. 3" issued by "Headquarters Grand Army of the Republic / Washington D.C., July 24, 1885." 8vo, 2-1/2 pages, printed with mourning borders. Official announcement of Grant's death. 2.) Handbill program with header "Grant Memorial Services / To be held in the Town Hall, Greencastle, Franklin County, Pa., / Saturday, August 8th, 1885." 1 page, 8vo. 3.) Cabinet card photograph of an illustration depicting Ulysses S. Grant's funeral procession on Broadway, in New York City.
