World War I period proofed Lunger with WWII replacement magazine and mismatched numbers. A toggle-locked, recoil-operated semi-automatic pistol with an 8 round capacity, firing 9 x 19mm parabellum ammunition. *FFL Required to purchase this firearm. Luger has no date, late War - Imperial Markings - With Holster . Assembled to circumvent Treaty of Versailles regulations. Serial number 6278, magazine has number 4362. Has Luger logo and three touch marks on the barrel.

The Luger was designed to use a toggle-lock action, which uses a jointed arm to lock, differing greatly from the slide actions of almost every other semi-automatic pistol.
