Likely Dutch, late 19th century. Renaissance style brass repousse umbrella stand in cylindrical form having a copper liner, the exterior decorated in five paneled tiers of extensive figural and floral relief, the whole raised on four paw feet. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 23.5", total diameter 8".
