One chip to the front edge of the chair's right side. Narrow vertical sliver chip to the glass along the back edge on the same side. There is a small surface chip to the glass on the other side. There is light wear to the surface of the leather, mainly along the front of the seat. No holes or tears. No stains. All of the zippers are intact. One side of the seat sags. Light wear consistent with age and use over time.
