AMERICAN HISTORICAL PATRIOTIC ARTICLES, LOT OF EIGHT, comprising three flags with 48 stars on each; one banner welcoming the Spanish-American War veterans home; a red, white, and blue expandable paper parade hat; one felt banner from the 1936 Democratic Convention in Philadelphia; one miniature post Civil War seven-star flag in frame; one 49-star flag commemorating the addition of Alaska as a state; and one paper parasol with a design of the flag and "MADE IN JAPAN" on the underside, mounted on bamboo. 1890-1959. Democratic Convention banner, 16 1/2" x 23".
Very good condition overall with no visible damage to fabrics, light separation of paper on hat, and areas of damage on parasol.
