An early 20th century 9ct gold enamel medallion. The shield-shape enamel panel, depicting a lion passant, a castle and stylised waves, with a circular surround and scrolling surmount. Maker's marks for Fattorini & Sons. Hallmarks for Birmingham, 1927. Length 4cms. Weight 5.8gms.

Overall condition fair to good. Some surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and minor dents in keeping with general age and wear.

Stones in fair condition with some abrasion and minor nibbles to the girdle and facet edges.
