3 pc French Louis XIV style Tiffany & Co, New York bronze clock set, the lyre shaped case with inset beveled glass panels, the case with ornate C-scroll and shell motifs, lion head and ring handles, all on paw feet, 20-1/2" h, with a pr bronze candlesticks by Alphonse Giroux, Paris, pierced pelican decoration around base, pierced foliate stems with ladies heads 9-7/8 "tall, the bronze pendulum with ladies head, late 19th c, back plate of movement marked Tiffany & Co / New York / 707, case with matching number, dial with black Roman numerals on white enameled chiclets, small name tag reads Tiffany & Co.. The date 1685 is cast in the front of the case above the dial, Louis XIV declared the Edict of Fontainebleau in 1685, effectively revoking the Protestant religion in France.
