A group of 7 enamel Bilston style patch / snuff boxes. 18th century. ++ Rectangular box with cobalt base and white lid having image of two women, reads: "Constant to thee I'll ever be." Interior with mirrored lid. 1 1/8"h x 1 5/8"w x 1 1 4/"d. ++ Oval box in white with lid reading: "Love Make the Man" in cobalt and gold frame. Interior with mirrored lid. 7/8"h x 1 7/8"w x 1 1/2"d. ++ Oval box with pink base, white lid reads: "Look in and you'l see Who I wish to Love me" surrounded by floral frame. 7/8"h x 1 5/8"w x 1 1/2"d. ++ Oval cobalt box with lid reading: "Efteem the Giver" in gold within white frame. 7/8"h x 1 3/4"w x 1 1/2"d. ++ Oval yellow box with scalloped base. Lid with white and gold flowers reads: "We live in Hope." Interior with mirrored lid. 7/8"h x 1 5/8"w x 1 3/8"d. ++ Oval box with scalloped green base and white top with two doves on heart reads: "Accept my Love."
