Outstanding antique 19th century French Baccarat crystal and bronze trumpet or tulip vase. The vase is Baccarat crystal in the Serpentine pattern, with spiral fluting and diamond point design and scalloped rim. Further enhanced with raised impasto gilt enamel rocailles and petite flowers. Finished with a threaded metal collar attached to a figural bronze or brass stand. The tripod stand features neo-gothic motifs, elaborated scrolled legs with stylized acanthus details tipped with birds and fierce lion masks. Resting on a marble or onyx base. In very good condition with general wear. Stands 12" tall, and having a 5 1/8" diameter opening.
