Chinese Zitan large throne chair. Dense hardwood throughout, with a fine grain, elaborately carved surface with dragons, foliage, stylized floral scrolling and rococo elements. Five imperial five-toed dragons adorning the head rest, and three dragons in panels on the seat back, the seat of the skirt decorated with a dragon's face and having claw feet.
