Contents with some light foxing, occasions of faded water-stains, some maps with tears and frayed edges, a couple of maps with chips along fold, one map laid down, approx. 6 leaves with chips partially removing several lines of text (mostly at inner margin.) Fair overall, maps generally Good+/Very Good. AS-IS, sold primarily as a collection of maps.
