Daniel Cady Eaton was a Yale botany professor who founded the Peabody Museum Herbarium.
James Henry Emerton (1847-1931) was an American arachnologist and illustrator. He became interested in nature at a young age and showed much skill in drawing and made sketches of a great variety of natural objects.
