TEA CADDIES - Group of (2) Mid-19th c. Tea Caddies, including: Chinese lacquer octagonal form with hinged lid, decorated in gold with scenes of figures and buildings, on four paw feet, fitted with two lift-out paktong caddies, 5 1/4" high, 7 7/8" x 5 1/4", losses to gold decoration, otherwise good condition; and Dome top burr walnut caddy by Halstaff & Hannaford (228 Regent Street, London, 1842-58), hinged lid, two interior matching lids with mother-of-pearl knobs, lead foil lining in compartments, brass quatrefoil lock escutcheon (no key), 6 1/8" high, 8" x 5", good condition.
