Description

BOSTON SEWING TABLE - Late Sheraton Lady's Work Stand, circa 1805-1820, in dense flame figured mahogany, the molded edge overhanging top having drop leaves, two reverse graduated shallow drawers over a matching bag frame (lacking bag), the drawers are partitioned and paper lined, retain their original pressed brass rosette pulls, the whole set on well executed ring and urn turned legs with central reeded bowed spiral carving, fitted with leaf form brass ferrules and casters, 31" x 20 1/2" x 20 1/4", with 9 1/4" leaves. Very good condition, a few light scratches to top.
