CHINESE MINIATURE COLLECTOR'S CABINET - A diminutive Chinese Export two-toned gilt black lacquer collector's cabinet, circa 1890, the molded top with vine decoration, the two doors with raised oval panels depicting garden and pagoda scenes, the interior of the doors decorated with bamboo stands, the three over two over one set of drawers having repeating domestic scenes, interior of drawers also lacquered. Sides and top of case fully decorated. 20 1/2" x 18" x 10". Good condition, light scratches to top, shrinkage crack to back. One drawer contains an invitation to the 1975 Memorial Service for Republic of China President Chiang Kai Shek.
