Description
An early 20th century diamond and enamel watch. The oval-shape cream dial with single-cut diamond bezel, old-cut diamond sides and white enamel Greek Key surround and fancy-link bracelet. Estimated total diamond weight 0.60ct. French assay marks. Total weight 27.6gms.
Overall condition fair. Surface scratches/ wear, discolouration and dents in keeping with general age and wear. Some replacement stones. Localised areas of discolouration, particularly surrounding the old-cut diamond collets. Areas of localised wear/damage to enamelwork. Dirt under glass. Diamond fairly well matched. Diamonds fairly bright. Individual size and setting of diamonds prevents accurate colour and clarity assessment. Push-piece clasp in good working order. With safety clasp. Crown with damage.
