Condition

Cover has a slanted spine, which has curl to its ends, as well as light stains and sunning to the borders, and shallow bumps to the outside corners. The art and lettering are unfaded. The inside is fairly good, with a penciled name to the top of the front end page, but no other writing, and no stamps or other attachments. There are recurrent light stains to the page borders, and spot stains to the page edges. Most page faces have no stains. There are a few cracked gutters, but no loose or missing pages. There are no page tears and only a small number of shallow creases, most from page turn-downs at the upper outside corners. All the text and the many Shepard illustrations are unfaded.
