A COLLECTION OF SIX VINTAGE VANITY ARTICLES, 20TH CENTURY, comprising an art deco miniature mischief perfume bottle presentation, for Saville, circa 1935, the black glass bottle in the form of a flask with a silver foil label and screw stopper, presented on a small shaped black bakelite stand with "Saville London" and registration number molded underfoot, and housed within the presentation cover in the form of a gentleman's top hat, height: 2"; a Jade East men's after shave figural refillable bottle, by Regency Cosmetics, distributed by Swank, circa 1960's, in the form of a seated Buddha with gold metallic paper label, emptied, height: 3 1/2"; a miniature jade butterfly on hardwood stand, height: 2 1/2"; a La-May Sport Vanity Poudre L'Ame tin compact, by Herbert Roystone New York, circa 1920's, containing remnants of powder, diameter: 2 1/2"; a Prince Matchabelli powder compact, by Georges and Norina Matchabelli, circa 1940's, the small black enamel and parcel gilt hinged compact with a crown centering the lid reversing to a mirror opposite a pad applicator with "Prince Matchabelli" impressed in black ink, covering the flesh colored pigment, diameter: 1 3/4"; and a miniature timepiece, 20th Century, in the form of a mantle clock with white Arabic chapters paper dial reading "Quartex" above the black enamel hands over "Quartz," the words "Hong" and "Kong" flanking the sixth hour, gilt hardware and simulated green marble or malachite casing, height: 2 1/2"

All in general good condition. The Mischief by Saville bottle and presentation have wear, including mildew spots all over the gentleman's top hat cover. Unable to open bottle to determine if remnants of perfume remain. The Jade East bottle has been emptied, as mentioned, and paper label shows wear. Jade butterfly in excellent condition. The Herbert Roystone La-May tin face powder compact with signs of wear, including some gilt loss, difficult to open, contains remnants of original face powder as mentioned. The Matchabelli compact retains a good amount of the original rouge, black enamel casing significantly scratched. Miniature time piece mantle clock in good condition, with general wear as expected.
