Description
Chinese, Qing Dynasty, 19th century. A Chinese Export porcelain figure of Quanyin depicting the deity standing at full length upon rolling sylized waves and a large lotus blossom, wearing flowing robes covered in blue floral decoration, holding an upended bud vase before her chest with both hands, with serene expression to her face flanked by pendulous earlobes, and with her long hair tied atop head in a chignon with serpentine sections placed over either shoulder. Apparently unmarked. Retains labels to underside for Wildwood Imports. Approximate height 17.5", width 6.5", depth 5.75".
