Necklace contains twelve links of bezel set emeralds and beryl, and twelve links of bezel set pearls. Pendant is formed by winged animals and rococo swirling decoration with emeralds, beryl, and glass with pearls between. Emerald, beryl, glass, and pearl drops are suspended from pearl and gold posts (later alteration).
