Description
The original work was painted by Henry Raeburn in 1814 and was titled “Boy and Rabbit”. Sir Henry Raeburn was a Scottish painter and important member of Edinburgh, Scotland society. He was a late 18th and early 19th century artist who was known for his full scale-scale portraits. Although the lithograph may have been considered significant in its time, the frame used for this print is equally beautiful and whether you keep the lithograph or not, the real value is in the frame. The frame is a wonderfully designed piece that is in good condition with all original parts and paint.
