With three missing stones: (1) sapphire in the top upper right-hand corner; (1) ruby missing from the right-side of the foliate border; and (1) emerald in the lower right-hand corner, missing from the foliate border Areas of wear and rubbing throughout, a deposit of grime visible to interior.
