Likely Continental School, 19th century. Cast bronze figural sculpture bust depicting a beautiful young woman with curled and braided hair wearing a tiara, possibly a portrayal of Empress Josephine, woman with calm and demure facial expression, supported on a bronze socle base on a black slate cylindrical pedestal on a circular foot surmounting a square plinth base. Unsigned. Overall approximate height 21.125" x 6.8" square.
