This Is A Serene Sculpture Of A Woman Leading A Horse With A Man Rider. The Woman Is Much Younger Than The Man She Leads, Perhaps It Is Her Father. Her Hair Comes To Her Shoulders And She Wears A Cowgirl Hat, Collared Button Down Shirt, Jeans And Boots. She Seems Proud To Be Of Assistance As She Calmly Walks With A Slight Smile Holding Interwoven Threads Of Bronze For The Rope. The Older Man On The Horse Has A Mustache And Wears A Cowboy Hat And A Similar Outfit But With A Handkerchief Around His Neck And Boots With Spurs. He Is Petting The Horses' Neck With One Hand Perhaps To Calm The Fellow As He Gazes Over Him. His Face Is Worn With Wrinkles But He Is Content With Himself. The Horse Seems Calm At This Time And Walks With A Steady Pace, His Leg Muscles Distinguished. This Sculpture Is Skillfully Handmade Using The Ancient "Lost Wax Method" And Made Of 100% Bronze With A Two Tone Patina. Signed S. M. Russell.
