BRADLEY & HUBBARD EXTENSION CAST-IRON KEROSENE EXTENSION HANGING LAMP, later black paint, single-chain and brass extension rods with ceiling ring hook and font support, font cup embossed "PATENTED 31 JANUARY. 1871.", dot, scroll and shell ornamentation, colorless Lomax font with medial recessed band and drip catcher shoulder, underside embossed with patent date, No. 2 fine-line collar. Fitted with a period setup comprising a Chrystal Light argand slip burner, colorless and frosted Oregon shade with a slight lavender tint, engraved with berry and squiggle pattern, stamped brass smoke bell, and a colorless slip chimney. Circa 1871. 39" HOA. Font 3 1/4" H to top of collar, 3 1/2" D base. Shade 7 1/2" HOA, 4" D fitter.
