IT IS NEARLY PERFECT CONDITION. MOUNTED ON A WOODEN BASE W/BRASS STANCHEON. SIGNED BOTH ON THE HORSE AND ON THE BASE "GEORGE W. LONG 1978". DIMENSIONS: IT STANDS APP. 12 1/2"H FROM BASE TO TOP OF EARS (9 1/2"H-HORSE WITHOUT STAND), AND THE HORSE IS AP. 13"W. VGC
