Meissen Style Porcelain Centerbowl, 20th c., the reticulated bowl upheld by three graces, on a stepped tripodal base with floral painted concave panels, on splayed gilt feet, H.- 22 3/4 in., Dia.- 11 1/2 in.
Condition
Condition consistent with age. Four flea-size brown spots, a 2 inch faint black streak and a ring of light brown discoloration along the interior of the bowl. Light soiling on the painted decoration on the interior and throughout crevices. Possible in-painting in the line of gilt below the figures' feet. An enchanting piece.
