Rome, Imperial Period, ca. 1st to 4th century CE. A pale green glass vase of a striking form, mold-made with finely defined ribs adorning the near-spherical bod, a dimpled base, elegant cylindrical neck, and dramatically flared spout with a folded and tooled rim. Areas of internal and external rainbow and silver iridescence. Size: 4.625" in diameter x 5.875" H (11.7 cm x 14.9 cm)
