DESCRIPTION: A continental .800 silver berry bowl. Features a pentagonal design with waved borders embellished with strings of repousse roses, encompassed by intricate scrolled reticulations topped by winged cherubs, alternating with convex cartouches. Center is finished with a repousse scene of a cherub riding atop a goat being pushed and pulled by cherubs enveloped with floral motifs. Marked:"800", with what appears to be Hanau German silver marks, although uncertain.
