The robe having elaborate dragon and wispy cloud, bat, and scrolled motifs in gold bullion thread set against blue silk ground, black silk lining to neckline and cuffs with conforming dragon motif executed in gold bullion thread, embroidered chrysanthemum motif to interior lining, gilt button marked with characters to shank.

Errant areas of loose bullion and wirework, scattered tearing to embroidered lining most notably at lower hem, errant threadbaring esp. near neck and interior cufffs, later vintage blue fabric lining added to parts of interior, with other wear commensurate with age and use.
