A PAIR OF LOUIS KLEY (French 1833-1911) PATINATED BRONZE FIGURES OF YOUNG CAVALIERS, PARIS, FRANCE, CIRCA 1880-1900, the figures of young boys standing in exaggerated contrapposto stances, one with tattered draped chemise, hand on hip, wearing a large broad rim hat with feather, the other wearing a riding costume with thigh high boots, gloves, and similar jauntily raked hat, raised on red marble turned plinths, bearing artists marks to the base. Height: 9 1/2" Diameter: 3 3/4"

Condition

In overall good condition with nice deep patina to bronze, minor surface rubbing and wear commensurate with age and use.
