7500 Postcards selling in 181 lots. 99% are early 20th century, pre-World War I, and all from a private collection and 99% are in very good to excellent condition. Very, very few may have an issue or two but not many. If lot is listed as “series†that means there are at least a series of cards in the lot, most cases, many cards. When there is a duplicate postcard in a lot, it may have the same image but something is different – gold gilded, embossed, different inscription or another category of postcard.
