French Louis XV Style Carved Mahogany Ormolu Mounted Marble Top Sideboard, 19th c., the stepped highly figured white marble over three frieze drawers above three cupboard drawers flanked and separated by fluted stiles, on turned tapered feet with ormolu sabots, H.- 41 1/2 in., W.- 77 1/2 in., D.- 20 in.

Condition consistent with age. A pea-size spot of yellow residue and 1 inch of sticker residue in the right front corner of the marble. Scattered light scratches throughout top. Flea-size chipping along back edge. Approximate 3 by 1 inch section of ormolu lacking from the right corner. No odors detected on interior. Key present and one shelf, lined with floral paper, in each cupboard. Flea-size dents along left corner. Faint light discoloration on top of center door. An elegant example.
