French Louis XV Style Carved Cherry Tall Case Clock, c. 1900, the arched stepped crown over an arched window opening to an enamel dial with a brass repousse frame and urn surmount, above a pendulum door opening to a lyre form pendulum over a fielded panel on cabriole legs with scrolled toes, H.- 92 in., W.- 18 3/4 in., D.- 11 3/4 in.

Condition consistent with age and use. Scattered light scratches and flea-size dents intermittently throughout. An approximate ½ inch chip in the frame next to the pendulum door handle, with a 1 inch scratch nearby. Very slight warp to the side panels. Water damage spots on the lower right side of the pendulum door and bottom left corner of the base. An approximate 8 inch crack from the pendulum window to the bottom of the door. Two 2 inch areas of dark woodfill on the upper right side. Several pea-size chips on the back edge. An approximate 1/8 inch crack at the top of the surmount, which is bent slightly backward. Several light scratches and a 2 inch area of craquelure on enamel face. Brown spots along the bottom of the brass frame. A handsome example. ALL PROPERTY IS SOLD "AS IS."
