Description
A set of four Japanese woodblocks attributed to Utagawa Kunisada (Toyokuni III, b-1786-d-1865). Each colorful woodblock depicts a Geisha beauty in a garden setting with lanterns, and wearing an elaborate kimono. One kimono with a pheasant, another kimono decorated with a rabbit / hare, a third kimono decorated with a mythological warrior and the fourth kimono with abundant florals. Each measuring approximately 14-3/8" x 9-5/8". Unframed.
