Lotus leaf form Yixing teapot from the Qing dynasty. Teapot is shaped like a lotus leaf and is carved with lotus and leaf forms. The lid has a shell and a frog along with a lotus root handle. The spout and handle on the teapot are also in the form of lotus roots and the three feet are shaped into shells. The lid is stamped with a 2 character mark. Dimensions are 7 3/8 inches wide X 4 1/4 inches high. Measurements include handle, spout, and lid where applicable. All measurements are approximate.
