Appear to be engraved dies of Russia, early USSR and related stamps for a catalog or book, each woodblock-backed and the design defaced with a line (expect for the two overprints), some woodblocks punched “I.P.E.U.” and numbered “155”, “811”, “311” or “205”, most likely indicating they were produced by the International Photo Engravers Union, includes Scott Russia #94, 194 or 200 overprint, 379, 415, 417, 423, 424, unissued 1919 General Miller 5k, Batum #22/24, Far Eastern Republic #49, South Russia #53/57 overprint, and an unidentified stamp.
