Medieval Torture Instrument The Pear Of Anguish hand made and hand engraved on three leaves and top knob.This brutal device was inserted into victims body and expanded by top knob turning, which opens all three leaves and as result cause pain.To open rotate knob clock wise and had to push leaves out side by fingers to open. This is in working condition. All three blades has beautiful design. Size about 27 cm (10 1/4 inch) high.
