In good distressed condition, with some intentional distressing of the gilt, together with what are probably additional gilt losses. Areas of shrinkage revealing lines where wood was glued together. Both mirrors exhibit a loss to the carved element at the very tip of the crest. Mirror plates are quite clear and crisp.
