ASSORTED PILLAR-MOLDED CONTAINERS, LOT OF TWO, colorless, comprising a pyriform footed molasses pitcher and tapered syrup can, each with concave neck collar, applied strap handle, polished pontil mark, and Britannia mount. Attributed to the Pittsburgh area, probably Bakewell, Pears & Co. 1850-1870. 9 3/4" to 10 1/2" HOA.
Can undamaged with light interior crizzling, nozzle/cap with split, pitcher with crack to body at lower terminal of handle.
