Table: slight wobble. Water rings and stains to the top. A Corian top was glued to the wood top by the original owner and has been removed; glue stains remain. The Corian top is included if the buyer wishes to have it. Wear to the finish of the top. Moderate scuffs, scratches, and abrasions. Chairs: All are sturdy and structurally sound. Light to moderate surface scratches, scuffs and abrasions. Wear consistent with age and use over time. Color loss and staining/soiling to the backrests. Sturdy and structurally sound. Restoration and/or refinishing needed to all. The original owner had fabric seat cushions made for the chairs; they are included if the buyer wishes to have them.
