Bowl marked "Wallace Sterling, cast acanthus leaf & ribbon edge, engraved scroll and pierced flared lip with flared foot, 13 1/4" diameter x 4" high, with a fitted domed pierced lid for flowers with finial, plated, total weight, less lid 50.60 ozt. Underplate is marked Whiting Silver with Lion with paw on shield with "W" inside and "Sterling", and has entwined engraved initial, and chased floral decoration, 14" diameter. These Robinson family silver items were in the family for over 150 years.
