Description
American, mid to late 18th century. A William and Mary style carved oak side table having a rectangular form with an overhanging top with a molded edge and a single drawer mounted with original brass hardware, both carved with foliated designs, on four turned legs with a box stretcher and turned feet. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 28.125", width 27", depth 20.125". Provenance: Property from Estate of Mr. William P. Hale (co-owner of antiques store, The Orient Express located in Buckhead with Mr. Charles L. Mann), Atlanta, Georgia.
