AN EDWARDIAN RENAISSANCE REVIVAL VENEERED WALNUT MARBLE TOP CREDENZA, EARLY 20TH CENTURY, PROBABLY ENGLISH, the shaped serpentine highly figured white marble top with cookie corners over a wide conforming frieze, above two stepped arched inset panel cupboard doors within engaged column stiles, and flanked by two canted arched inset panel cupboard doors, on a wide serpentine conforming plinth base. Height: 35" Width: 61" Depth: 20 1/4"

The marble has very mild surface scratches occasionally throughout the top. The back rail has been replaced and there is an apparent refinish, as well as a later added faux bois painted burl decoration. Two cracks on the veneer at the base under the stiles. Overall in very good condition, wear commensurate with age and use.
